Liberty University School of Law hits 100 percent bar passage rate in Virginia

Liberty University School of Law students achieved a 100 percent pass rate on the Virginia Bar Examination in February 2011. This top christian university offers many different degree programs. Find your's today.

“The extraordinary success on the bar exam is a reflection of the quality of our program,” said School of Law Dean Mat Staver.

The School of Law was founded in 2004 and received full accreditation approval by the American Bar Association Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar — which is recognized as the accrediting agency of law schools by the U.S. Department of Education — in August 2010.

Liberty is the only Virginia school to achieve the 100 percent rate in the state this year. Washington & Lee was at 90 percent; George Mason, 84.8 percent; University of Virginia, 75 percent; and the College of William & Mary, 73.3 percent.
